Internationally Acclaimed Pianist Performs in Saskatchawan
Her concert at Trinity Church in Estevan is part of a global tour this season entitled: “500th Birthday Party: A Musical Celebration of the Reformation.” All music will honor in some way this major historical event begun by Martin Luther. Dr. Walters will speak to the audience to make the program more meaningful and inclusive. “My hope is to offer something of inspiration to everyone,” she noted. An International Steinway Artist, Walters has lived in the New York City area for most of her adult life, though she added she loves Canada. A Meet the Artist reception will follow the concert sponsored by St. Peter’s and Trinity Churches.”

“The International First Lady of Piano Teresa Walters will perform a special program commemorating the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation on October 15 at 7 p.m. Her program features music by Bach, Liszt and others and also includes the audience dialogue Keynote Comments enhancements for which she is noted.
