Moonlight and Romance – Peace Concert Series Presents Teresa Walters
Teresa Walters received her doctorate from the Peabody Conservatory. An internationally acclaimed artist, she has toured extensively in the U.S., throughout Europe, Asia, and South America. Gracing the stages at Carnegie hall, The Esterhazy Palace and the Great Hall of Moscow, to name of few of the most famous, Miss Walters has been called “The International First Lady of Piano” by the New York Times.

The concert series at Peace Memorial Church features internationally acclaimed concert pianist Teresa Walters in recital on Sunday, February 9 at 3 PM. With Valentine’s Day coming, Walters’s recital sets a romantic mood with this program of best-loved romantic music. She will perform music by Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, Gershwin and others, including the luminous Moonlight Sonata and exotic Rhapsody in Blue.
